SSG: 3-3 Cat

In "3-3 Cat" we give the constraint of "no help". Everyone guards their "cat". This is a great drill to work on small advantage finishes, protection plans, and 2nd cuts for the offense. Defensively we must take ownership of our on ball defense since we provide no help off the ball. Players are allowed to stunt at drives but not help.
